Solve your biggest workforce challenges

Creating consistency across sport
Give every staff member a shared understanding of your school’s expectations while allowing them to retain their own personality and coaching style.
Limited time for staff development
Provide practical, flexible learning throughout the academic year, so development can continue without trying to get every coach into the same room.
Knowing who needs support
Track engagement and module progress across your workforce, helping you identify where a coach may need another resource, a conversation or more individual support.

Supporting a mixed workforce should not take over your working week
Your sports workforce may include qualified teachers, academic staff, graduate assistants, former pupils and external coaches. They bring different levels of experience and need different types of support.

Great experiences by design and not luck
Schools invest significant time helping staff understand how pupils should be protected. We should also help every person delivering sport understand how pupils should be supported, engaged and developed.
- Engaging busy part-time and external staff
- Supporting academic staff who take teams
- Meaningfully challenging experienced coaches
A qualification may show that someone understands their sport. It does not automatically mean they understand your pupils, your values or the experience your school wants to create.
