Acceptance of terms: Through the use of this website, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within the aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement. If you are not in agreement with our terms and conditions, then you should refrain from further use of this site. In addition, your continued use of our website following the posting of any updates or changes to our terms and conditions shall mean that you are in agreement and acceptance of such changes. We are committed to safeguarding and preserving your privacy as and when you visit our site or communicate electronically with us. Event Cancellation Policy

At The Coaching Lab, we strive to deliver high-quality in-person events and experiences. To ensure fairness and respect for our time and resources, the following cancellation policy applies:

Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to secure your event booking unless otherwise stated. This deposit is non-refundable. On some occasions, this is waved.
Cancellations Within 6 Weeks of Event Date: If cancellation occurs within six (6) weeks of the scheduled event, 35% of the total host fee must still be paid. This amount can be converted into a purchase order for MatchPlay Cards or other products of equal value.
Cancellations Within 2 Weeks of Event Date: If cancellation occurs within two (2) weeks of the scheduled event, 100% of the total host fee must be paid. This amount can be converted into a purchase order for MatchPlay Cards or other products of equal value.

We value our time and commitment to delivering impactful experiences. To maintain the highest level of service, we ask all hosts to carefully consider their event dates and honor their bookings.
